Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective 2026-09-02. Cancel whenever you like. If you have not used anything since you were charged, you get all of it back — not a credit, the money.
The service is provided by Aygün Gönlüşen, trading as DSA Bilişim (sole proprietor, Turkish tax ID VKN 4080408038, Sarıgazi V.D. tax office), Cumhuriyet Mah. Yonca Sk. No: 11-13 Inner Door No: 2, Cekmekoy/Istanbul, Turkiye. Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record for every paid plan: Paddle runs the checkout, charges your card, collects any sales tax or VAT, issues your invoice, and pays out refunds. That is also the name you will see on your card statement, next to ours.
1. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Plan and billing, which opens the Paddle billing portal. There is no cancellation fee, no notice period, and we do not make you email anyone or sit through a retention call to do it.
Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not delete anything: you keep access to the plan you already paid for until the end of that billing period, and your reports and audit history stay where they are. If you also want the data gone, delete the site or the account, which is a separate action described in the privacy policy.
2. The refund window
You have 14 days from a charge to ask for a refund of that charge. The window applies to every charge separately — the first one and each renewal — so a renewal you did not want is refundable on the same terms as a first purchase.
3. If you have not used anything: you get all of it back
If nothing has been consumed on your account since that charge, the refund is 100% of what you paid, including tax. Not a credit, not a partial, not a discount on the next month.
“Nothing consumed” means all of the following, counted since the charge:
- no audit was run,
- no tracking prompt was run against an answer engine,
- no content draft was generated.
These are the three things that actually cost us money to produce, and each one is a counter in your account rather than a judgement call. Anything you did on the free tier before you paid is irrelevant to this test — the clock starts at the charge.
4. If you have used part of it: you get the unused part back
Where something has been consumed, we refund the share of the period you did not use. The used share is the largest proportion consumed across your plan’s metered allowances for that period — audits, prompt runs and content drafts — and the rest comes back to you.
refund = amount paid × (1 − largest consumed share)
For example, on a plan that includes 300 prompt runs a month, if you have used 60 of them and are below that proportion on every other allowance, the largest consumed share is 20% and you get 80% of the charge back. Elapsed time on its own does not reduce your refund: if you paid three weeks ago and genuinely used nothing, rule 3 applies and you get everything back. Where the arithmetic lands between two figures we round in your favour.
We publish the formula rather than promising to be reasonable, because a policy you can compute yourself is worth more than one you have to trust. Your current usage counters are on the settings page, so you can work out the answer before you ask.
5. Outside the window
After 14 days a charge is normally final, and cancelling stops future charges rather than reversing past ones. That said, we would rather fix a genuine problem than win an argument: if the service was broken, unavailable, or did not do what this site said it does, write to us and say so. Billing mistakes, duplicate charges and charges on an account you did not authorise are refunded whenever we find out about them, window or no window.
6. How to ask
Either route works and both reach a human:
- Through Paddle at paddle.net, using the email address you paid with. Your receipt links there too.
- By email to [email protected]. You do not have to give a reason, though it helps us fix things if you do.
We answer refund requests within three business days. Once approved, Paddle returns the money to the original payment method; how long it then takes to appear is up to your bank or card issuer, and is usually a few business days.
7. Chargebacks
If something looks wrong on your statement, please ask us or Paddle before disputing it with your bank. A refund we issue is faster than a dispute, and a dispute filed against an account we would have refunded anyway helps nobody. This does not remove your right to dispute a charge.
8. Your statutory rights
Nothing here reduces rights you have by law. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. Where you asked for the service to start immediately and then withdraw, the law lets us charge for what was actually supplied up to that point — which is the same pro-rata calculation as rule 4, so the outcome matches. Consumers elsewhere keep whatever mandatory protections their local law gives them.
Because Paddle is the merchant of record, its buyer terms also apply to the payment itself. Where Paddle would give you more than this policy does, the more generous one wins.
9. Changes
If this policy changes materially, the effective date at the top changes and account holders are told by email before the new version applies. The policy that applies to a charge is the one published when the charge was made.
